Dear Mrs. Stalzer:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees during
its regular meeting held on April 28, 1994 regarding the above matter:
WHEREAS, Anna D. Stalzer applied to the Southold Town Trustees for
a permit under the provisions of the Wetland Ordinance of the Town of
Southold, application dated February 22, 1994 and,
WHEREAS said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and recommendations,
and,
WHEREAS, & public hearing was-held by the Town Trustees with respect
to said application on April 28, 1994 at which time all interested
persons were given an opportunity to be heard, and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are familiar
with the premises in question and the surrounding area, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and documentation
submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed will
not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the. people of
the town,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees approves the application of ANNA
D. STALZER to construct inkind 100' of timber bulkhead within 18"
of existing bulkhead and backfill with approx. 40 c.y. of clean
fill. Located 6190 Peconic Bay Blvd., Laurel.
Permit will expire two years from the date it is signed. Two
inspections are required and the Trustees are to be notified upon
completion of said project.

RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees
APPROVAL WITH STIPULATIONS the Wetland Application of ANNA
STALZER 128-2-5 to reconstruct, in-kind. 101) feet of timber bulkhead.
within 18 inches of the existing bulkhead and backfill the bulkhead with
approximately 40 cubic yards of clean fill.

The CAC recommends approval with the requirement that the applicant
plant beachgrass in the 10' flat area behind the bulkhead for
stabilization.

APPROVAL WITH STIPULATIONS of the Wetland Application of WILL,AM
KELLY and SANDRA LEE SlKORSKI 79-~-62 to clear area needed to
construct a single family dwelling; excavate for foundation and ~eptic;
backfill and final grade all disturbed areas; stabilize fresh fill with
seeding grass and supply temporary stabilization with straw mat; berm
pond area with hay bales to prevent erosion of bank- and thin out all
dead wood. '

Project Description
The proposed project entails the reconstruction, in-kind, of 100 feet of timber
bulkhead, within 18 inches of the existing bulkhead. The proposed project would
also include backfilling the bulkhead with approximately 40 cubic yards of clean
fill. The proposed construction materials and specifications are as follows:
