Dear Mr. Kujawski:
We are in receipt of your letter of October 9, 1986
requesting a waiver on behalf of A. Reilly and Sons, Inc.
to install a swimming pool for Sy Stahl.
The Trustees cannot proceed with this request until
additional information is submitted. It will be necessary
to fill out the attached Wetland Application and submit
a survey. Upon receipt of these items the Trustees will
act upon your request.

Dear Members of the Board,
I would like to request a waiver, on behalf of A. Reilty and
Sons, Inc., to install a swimming pool.~ The location of the pool
is on the property of Sy Stahl at the end of West Rd., Cutchogue.
This property borders o~ Wickham Creek and Cutchogue Harbor.
The ~cation of the pool has been staked and distances to
property lines are indicated of the enclosed survey.~
During construction all necessary precautions will be ob-
served to protect the environment as has been expected practi~e~
from prior similar projects.
