RESOLVED that the Town Trustees Approve the request made by James A. Burke on behalf of Wallace Stack for a Waiver of the Wetland Ordinance for the reconstruction of a house on property located on North Riley Avenue, Mattituck with the stipulation that hay bales are placed by the marsh fringe to prevent run-off into the creek. This determination is not a determination for any other agency or department that may have jurisdiction in this matter.
