No. 1 Aristides Speres - request waiver for construction of a 12' x 22' deck landward of bulkhead. Nassau Point Road, Cutchogue The Council disapproves the project as a waiver, the project should be submitted as' an amendment to a previous, existing permit. No. 2 Jack Rice 115-10-3 - request waiver to add 8' x 22' deck. New Suffolk Avenue, Mattituck The Council recommends disapproval of the waiver request. The applicant should be required to submit a new wetland application for the project. No. 3 Richard' Corizzini. Jr. 118-5-4.1 request waiver to add an addition approximately 17' x 17' to existing dwelling. Nassau Poinl~ Road. Cutchogue The Council recommends disapproval of the waiver request. Moved by Patricia lsaksen, seconded by'Stephen Angell, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees APPROVAL WITH STIPULATION of the Wetland Application of SCHUYLER BERGEN 119-1-2 to repair/replace as necessary 100+/- I.f. of timber bulkhead and 3' wide stairway. Approximately 200 c.y. of clean sand will be trucked in from upland source via Anderegg parcel for backfill. All bulkhead repairs will be in kind and place. The Council recommends approval provided all work in in kind and in place and not placed in front of existing bulkhead. 9525 Nassau Point Road, Cutchogue Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried Moved by Patricia lsaksen, seconded by Stephen Angell, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees APPROVAL WITH STIPULATION of Wetland Application of MARIAN ALES 119-1-20 to repair/replaces needed a total of 106 +/- I.f. of timber bulkhead and 3' wide stairway from top of bluff to' beach. Approximately 200 c.y. of clean sand will be trucked in form upland source via Anderegg parcel for backfill. All bulkhead repairs will be in kind and place. The CAC recommends approval provided all work is in kind and in place and not placed in front of the existing bulkhead. 8925 Nassau Point Road, Cutchogue Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. Recommendation of Waiver Requests RECOMMENDATION OF WETLAND APPLICATION.~ Moved by Bruce Loucka, seconded by John Hagerty, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town BOard of Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of THOMAS BYRNE 52-5-1 to replace (within 18"). an existing cement block retaining wall 85' in length (plus 5' return on north side and 10' return on south side) with a new timber wall approximately 1' higher. Approximately 45 c.y. of clean backfill to be trucked in from upland source. An existing indented block stairway to be backfilled and replaced with a 4' x 8' wood stairway. 2345 Bayview Avenue, Southold Vote of Council: Ayes: Ail Motion carried. Moved by Robert Keith, seconded by Patricia Isaksen, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of STEVEN SPARACINO 115-17-17.14 to construct an elevated timber walkway and fixed dock structure. The walkway will be 4' wide by 70' lOng and a minimum of 4' above grade. The dock .to be 5' wide and 20' long and to be situated on the seaward edge of the existing wetlands providing access to the dredged creek. Willis Creek Drive, Mattituck Vote of Council: Ayes: Ali Motion carried. The Southold Town CAC did not inspect the area of the Wetland Application of W.L.
