Approximately 45 c.y. of clean backfill to be trucked in from upland source. An existing indented block stairway to be backfilled and replaced with a 4' x 8' wood stairway. 2345 Bayview Avenue, Southold Vote of Council: Ayes: All Motion carried. Moved by Robert Keith, seconded by Patricia Isaksen, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL of the Wetland Application of STEVEN SPARACINO 115-17-17.14 to construct an elevated timber walkway and fixed dock structure. The walkway will be 4' wide by 70' long and a minimum of 4' above grade. The dock ,to be 5' wide and 20' Long and to be situated on the seaward edge of the eXisting wetlands providing access to the dredged creek.
