Spangel to construct a 24 ft x 12 ft float, 12 ft x 3 ft walkway, 4 ft x 6 ft pad and install 3 piles, providing it is parallel to property line; that both float and boats are at least 15 ft from property line and that neither boats or float interfere with navigation. This application is to be completely filled in by typewriter or ink and submitted to the Town Clerk in quadruplicate, accompanied by written permission from the .owner of the property if not the same as the applicant. B. G. A filing fee of $25.00 shall accompany the application. This filing fee includes one inspection, there is a $5.00 fee for each additional inspection. H.
