After an on site inspection of your property, the Southold Town
Trustees found that the proposed construction of a house is
non-jurisdiction as per survey dated May 5, 1994.
Any activity associated with construction of house that is
within the 75' of the designated wetlands would be in our
jurisdiction and would require a full application.

In reference to the above mentioned project, I am sending this
letter ofnon-jurisdiction. The reason for this request is because
the structure to be built is situated 80'-0" from the southerly
property line which lies North of the Wetlands (aCcording to the
survey). Upon discussion with the Town Trustees, the distance is
greater than the required 75'-0".
Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated
as we are in the process of obtaining a building

In response to your request for a freshwater wetlands determination for ~c property identified
below, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has determined that the
proposed project is more than 100 feet from regulated freshwater wetlands. Therefore, no permit is
required under the Freshwater Wetlands Act (Article 24 of the New York State Environmental
Conservation Law).
Proposed action: Construct single family dwelling, driveway and septic system
