Any activity associated with construction of house that is within the 75' of the designated wetlands would be in our jurisdiction and would require a full application. The reason for this request is because the structure to be built is situated 80'-0" from the southerly property line which lies North of the Wetlands (aCcording to the survey). Upon discussion with the Town Trustees, the distance is greater than the required 75'-0".
