Dear Jill,
Upon the advice of Mr. William Albertson, I am writing to
you on behalf of the Commissioners of the Southold Park
District.
We wish to erect a fence at the foot of South Harbor Road so
that wemay limit access to the park. Since the fence is
within 75 feet of the water we need a waiver from you. At
the present time, there is only pedestrian access so it
really doesn't change anything.
Your prompt attention to this matter will be greatly
appreciated.
