This letter is to inform you that we have submitted a zoning board application for property located at
910 Fleetwood Road (STCM 1000-137-4-22). The application will go before the Zoning Board of Appeals
at a public hearing on Thursday,June 2, 2022 at 10:OOam. The purpose of this application is not to
request approval for any new construction, but to obtain the required variance to approve work
completed before we took ownership of the property.
Enclosed,you will find a copy of the Legal Notice,which summarizes the application requests. Also
enclosed are instructions for Laserfiche/Weblink so you can view our pending application. Lastly,
enclosed is a survey of the property and "as-built" drawings of the improvements.
Written comment can be submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals via email to Kim Fuentes at
Icimf@southoldtownny.gov or Elizabeth Sakarellos at elizabeth.salcarellos@town.southold.ny.us. You
may also submit written comment via USPS to the office:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and Town Code Chapter
280 (Zoning), Town of Southold, the following "IN PERSON" public hearing will be held by the
SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold,
New York 11971-0959, on THURSDAY, JUNE 2, 2022:
The public may ALSO have access to view, listen and make comment during the PUBLIC
HEARING as it is happening via ZOOM WEBINAR. Details about how to tune in and make
comments during the PUBLIC HEARING are on the Town's website agenda for this meeting

XXIII, Section 280-123; Article XXIII, Section 280-124; and the Building Inspector's
November 30, 2021 Notice of Disapproval based on an application for a permit to legalize
"as built" alterations (convert screen porch to living space, new heat, waterside deck) to
an existing seasonal cottage known as Cottage No. 1 and legalize "as built" alterations
(convert screen porch to living space, new heat) to an existing seasonal cottage known as
Cottage No. 2, at; 1) Cottage No. 1 & 2, nonconforming uses shall not be enlarged,
reconstructed, or structurally altered or moved unless the use of such buildings are
changed to a conforming use; 2) Cottage No. 1, located less than the code required
