The application will go before the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public hearing on Thursday,June 2, 2022 at 10:OOam. The purpose of this application is not to request approval for any new construction, but to obtain the required variance to approve work completed before we took ownership of the property. Enclosed,you will find a copy of the Legal Notice,which summarizes the application requests. Also enclosed are instructions for Laserfiche/Weblink so you can view our pending application. Lastly, enclosed is a survey of the property and "as-built" drawings of the improvements.
