Dear Mr. Smith:
The Board of Trustees reviewed the application submitted for the
above referenced property.
After an on site inspection, this project was determined not to
be in the Trustees jurisdiction as the activity proposed is
greater than the 75' to the tidal wetlands (which is the mean
high water mark on the site).
Ail other approvals that may be applicable should be secured
prior to the commencement of the project.
