SMITH SCTM ~24-2-9 Dear Ms. Thompson, The following action was taken by the Board of Trustees at their regular meeting of February 28, 1995: RESOLVED that the Southold Town Board of Trustees grant a Waiver to remove a 10' protection on waterfront side of house, and replace with a 3' deep bay window, and add 3' onto rear side of house. Meeting of 3/23/95 The CAC recommends approval of the reconstruction in kind/in place of the 150~ groin. The Council recommends disapproval of the 50~ groin as it is not functioning at all and has no apparent benefit to keep the channel clear. R.O.W. off of Reeve Avenue, Mattituck Vote of Council. Ayes: Stephen Angell, Robert Keith, Bruce Loucka, Patricia Isaksen, Betty Wells Abstain: Allan Connell Motion carried. No. 123u, Moved by Stephen Angell, seconded by Patricia Isaksen, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southoid Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL WITH STIPULATIONS of the Wetland Application of NARROW RIVER MARINA 27-2-4 to reinstall Coast Guard approved channel markers in accordance with current Coast Guard permit, previous Corps of Engineers permit, and as per previously issued Town of Southold permits and authorization. The CAC recommends approval to mark the channel however the Council recommends that the sites of the permanent markers be replaced with floating seasonal buoys. No. 1235 Moved by Betty Wells, seconded by Jack Hagerty, it was RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVAL WITH SUGGESTIONS of the Wetland Application of DAVID AIR 24-2-27 to reconstruct existing 1st floor west facing covered porch. Renovate existing 2nd floor residence with addition and roof deck over 1st floor west facing covered porch. The CAC recommends approval of the submitted plans but suggests the Trustees request the applicant to submit plans showing the sanitary facility and if the system is a cesspool system the Trustees should request applicant to replace the existing system with a septic system.
