as follows: On the North by land of David Sleight; on the east by the Highway
known as Factory 'Road; on the South by land of the said Mary E., Roach, and

Factory Road, and about thirteen rods in depth, containing about one-quarter
(1/4) of an acre, be the same more or. less.
