Bredemeyer, III President, Board of Trustees There is a situation on Deep Hole Drive, Mattituck, occupied by Skubliskas that should be 'brought' to the attention of the Town and the D.E.C., due to its environmental impact on the delicate balance of the Creek. !. Sand has been used to fill in the Creek bank and grasses taken from its banks to enhance the property. 2. The dock has been extended past the property line and made larger than was existing. 3. Two new cesspools have been dug. ;~. Two sheds have been added to the property. 5. A fence and trees have been erected on the north and south sides of the property extending the property line from east to west. These conditions should be investigated as soon as possible to stop further damage to wetlands. No permits are visible. Copies to.: Save the Peconic Bays inc. Victor Lessare, Principle B!d~.
