Tmthill, 3020 Boisseau Avenue, Southold, New York, for a special exceptinn in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section 300, Subsection 9, for permission to erect a subdivision indentification sign. Location of property: east side Boisseau Avenue, Southold~ New York, bounded north by land of Tuthill, east by Laurel Avenue, south by Sengelaub, west by Boisseau Avenue. 2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict application of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce practical hardship because SEE REVERSE difficulties or unnecessary (b) The hardship created (is) (is not), unique and (would) (would not) be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district because SEE REVERSE (c) The variance (does) (does not) observe the spirit of the Ordinance and (would) change the character of the district because (woUld not) SEE REVERSE and therefore, it was further determined that the requested varlanee ( ) be granted ( ) be denied and that the previous decisions of the Building Inspector ( ) be confirmed ( ) be reversed, FORM ZB4 APPROVED ~~B'arbara C. Dittmann, Secretary After investigation and inspecti0$~ the Board finds that the applicant requests permission to erect two subdivision identifica~i~n signs with insufficient Setback;" Th~ signs Will be located on Boisseau Avenue at the entrance to the subdivision to be known as '"fennecott Park". Both signs will be l0 feet x 2~ feet, natural wood with white lettering, mounted on a split rail fence. Said signs will be located at least five feet from any property line. The Boar d finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use ~f neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed. Therefore, it was RESOLVED Donald E. Boisseau Avenue, Southold, New York, be granted permission to erect subdivision identification signs with insufficient setback as applied for. Location of property: east side Boisseau Avenue, Southold, New York. Said permission is grantBd subject to the following conditions: 1. The signs shall be located at least five feet from any property line. 2. The signs shall be granted for a period of one year, renewable annually upon written application to the Board of Appeals. 3.
