This property has frontage on two streets~ Ole Jule Lane and Channel Lane. The front back set, back requir~ement would be violated on Cha~nel Lane. The Board finds that this road is not even cut in~ tared or paved~ and it is unlikely that this road will be cut through by the T~o There is only one building lot on this side uf Channel Lane~ the one in question, therefore, no front yard setback is being established. In general, the Board i~ in agreement with the reasoning ~f the applicant.
