Koroleski, and R.&H. Latham, south by Long Beach Bay, west by Mrs. E.W. Latham Est. 2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict application of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce practical hardship because difficulties or unnecessary See Reverse (b) The hardship created (is) (is not) unique and (would) (would not) be shared by ail properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district because See Reverse (c) The variance (does) (does not) observe the spirit of the Ordinance and (would) change the character of the district because (would not) See Reverse and therefore, it was further determined that the requested variance ( ) be granted ( ) be denied and that the previous decisions of the Building Inspector ( ) be confirmed ( ) be reversed. Gillispxe>~. __~ ' After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the applicant operates an existing labor camp and in renewin~ his permit for the coming year, is required by Board of Health rules to increase the available space per man. In order to do this, it will be necessary to build two additional small buildings near the present buildings several hundred feet off the Main Road near Orient Point. The Board finds that this camp has been operated satisfactory for the past year. The Board finds the proposed space expansion will not be a numerical expansiOn of workers housed. Therefore, it was RESOLVED that Lloyd Terry be granted permission to renew his farm labor camp permit for the coming year. He ~ill be Jgranted permission to build on the condition that neither of ,the two buildings be located closer than 10 feet to the side lines.
