Since our reviewer failed to ask for the locations of existing sanitary structures before issuing the "ok to proceed", and since the installed sanitary structures appear to meet our code and setback requirements as per the contractor's certification,we are ok with leaving the registration through SHIP and not requiring a full Office of Wastewater Management application.
