By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict application of the Ordinance (would) It~lt) produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship because the two adjoining lots are not available for purchase. (b) The hardship created (is) (mrna) unique and ltl~[~M) (would not) be shared by all properties alike in the mediate vicinity of this property and in the same u~e district because this appears to be the only lot with less than 100' frontage.
