Pit/mann, Secretary After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the applicant request permission to organize~ eperate and maintain a youth centre to provide wholesome recreational acti~ities~ meetin~ss events~ entertainment for the inculcatin9 and pr0motin9 c~; the intellectual and social well bein9 ~f youn9 people, The applicants North Fork Teen Centre~ Inc, is a non-profit organization with sm evangelic motive, A secondary activity ~f the youth centre would be the sale of religious ~ooks, Any surplus resulting from the sale of books would be truned back into the operation of the centre, The Board finds that the property in question adjoins property of the North Fork Baptist Church, Said Church is in full accord with said use of the-property in question, There will be no increase in traffic resulting from this use, There are adequate parking facilities available, The use will not cause disturbing emissions of noise, ·here is sufficient area on this property for the use intended, by the applicant, The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legall~ ~s~aSligh~d or 'permitted use ~f neighborhood property and adjoining use distric~g wili not be perm~nenlty or substantially injured and the spirit of the O~dinance Will be observed.
