Location of property: north side TuckersLane, Southold, New York, bounded north by R.F. Manweiler, east by George F. Erath, south by Tuckers Lane, west by E K Quarry. 2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it Wh~ determined that (a) Strict application of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce hardship because practical difficulties SEE REVERSE (b) The hardship created (hs) (is not) unique and (would) (would not) be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same u~e c[istrict because SEE REVERSE (c) The variance (does) (does not) observe the spirit of the Ordinance and change the character of the district because (would) (would not) SEE REVERSE and therefore, it was further determined that the requested variance ( ) be granted ( ) be denied and that the previous decisions of the Building Inspector ( ) be confirmed ( ) be reversed. Dittmann, Secretary After /nvestig~tion and inspection the Board fin~s that the applicant requests permission to divide lot with insufficient frontage and erect a church thereon. Said lot will be 80 feet by 200 feet, total area of 16,000 square feet. There w_ill be adequate parking facilities. Ail side yard, rear yard, and setback requirements will be adhered to. It is unl/kely that the parsonage will be added to, however if this does occur, no side yard, rear yard, or setback variance shall be granted for the addition to the parsonage. The Board finds the request made by the applicant is reasonable and in general the Board is in agreemen,t wi.th, t.h~ r.ea.soni!~g of the application. The, Board~ finds theft ~trict~ app,l!c~ation of t~e~ Ordinance will produce p~actical-d~[fficu!ties or unnecessary hardship; t~.e hardship created is unique and would no.t .be shared by all p~operties alike in the ~/mnediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district; and the variance does observe the spirit of the Ordinance and will not change the character of the district.
