the Building Inspector has denied applicants' request for a
Certificate of Occupancy for use of the premises as a two-
family dwelling. The premises were converted to a two-family
dwelling many years prior to the enactment of the Zoning Ordi-
nance and continued to be used as such until /~5~! o No
conversion is required since the facilities are already in
existence. Applicants have been advised by a prospective pur-
chaser that if the premises can be used as a two-family dwelling,
the prospective purchaser will execute the contract of purchase.
