Location of property: private right of way, Fishers Islands New York, bounded north by Harry Hurlburt, and another, east by private road, south by private road, west by West Harbor. 2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict application of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce practical difficulties hardship because SEE REVERSE (b) The hardship created (is) (is not) unique and (would) (would not) be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use d~strict because SEE REVERSE (c) The variance (does) (does not) observe the spirit of the Ordinance and change the character of the district because SEE REVRESE (would) (would not) and therefore, it was further determined that the requested variance ( ) and that the previous decisions of the Building Inspector ( ) be confirmed FORM ZB4 be granted ( ) be denied ( ) be reversed. After investigation ~nd inspection the Board finds that the applicant requests permission tocon.stru~, t a two family dlvelling with insufficient area. The Board finds that the property involved has a frontage of 102 feet and an area ~f approximately 21420 square feete The dwelling is proposed to have separate kitchen and dining facilities for companion housekeeper or caretaker personnel. A condition of granting this variance shall be that this permission shall not be construed to allow the occupancy of this house by mc~e than one family in the future~ if and w~en the ownership of the premises is changed. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood p~operty and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the 0xdinance will be observed.
