REASON FOR APPEAL
(~) A Variance to Section 280A Subsection 3
) A Variance to the Zoning Ordinance
)
,s requested for the reason that : Access on this private roadway has been granted
for three dwellings and not }ret for the entire length of' the road.
I now have to build on the far end of this road and need the acce~s
approval extended to the far end of this private road.
Form ZB1 (Continue on other side)
REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce practical difficulties or unneces-
sary HARDSHIP because: These lots have been in se~oerate o~cn~rshi~o for
eight or more years - prior to the subo. zvzszo~.~ regulation revision~
The roadway has been improved and oiled so that it is -oassab!e for
~'~ ~- vehicles etco
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because the road_ w±ll :ao¢ -be e×tended
beyond its present !ength~
3. The Variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because: Tn~_~ e are three one family d~ce!iings
0i% e~. · ~ ~ '~ b~' De
~'~ms road now ~,:.~a the proposed dwellings will be of similar '~-i and
one family use so there will be no harm or change to the neighborhood~
