The Board finds there is no room at this premises to erect a ground sign in the front yard area as permitted uner the Zoning Ordinance. By the granting of this permission for the erection of a sign on the front of the building the applicant foregoes the right to a ground sign in the front yard area. The Board is in agreement with the reasoningof the applicant.
