RD2 Box 420A, Stafford Street Mystic, CT 06355 RE: John Ski Application Dear Mr. Neilson: The Southold Town Trustees reviewed the application of John Ski at their meeting on July 26, 1990 and determined that the rebuilding of Mr. Ski's dock as proposed is an ordinary repair not requiring a permit, provided the the work plan is adhered to. Subsequent to the meeting, Mr. Ski called and indicated he wished to change the dock access stairs to a ramp. Provided the ramp is not put on wetland vegetation and nominally the same dimension as the stairs, we would have no objection to it. Please provide this office with an amended drawing for the use by the bay constable. These permissions do not waive the need for a permit from other regulating authorities. We suggest you contact N.Y.S.D.E.C. and U.S.C.O.E. for their review. Any future alterations to the work plan will require the submittal of a full application to this office. Please do not hesitate to call if you have any questions. Sincerely, John M. Bredemeyer, Iti President, Board of Trustees JMB: jb Docko, Inc.
