Re: Property of Walter Silbernagel
Dear Mr. Nine:
The. following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their-regular meeting held on December 15, 1988 as. follows:
WHEREAS Raymond Nine, applied to the Town Trustees for a waiver
to landscape on property of Walter Silbernagel, located at 1600
Bridge Lane, Cutchogue, N.Y., identified on Suffolk County Tax Map as
1000-118-1-4,
WHEREAS the Town Trustees have conducted an on site inspection
of the subject property, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED THAT THE Southold Town Trustees approve the request for a
WAIVER for above mentioned project.
Please return to the Building Department for a determination on
the need for any other permits which may be required for this project.
