Kujawski, Jr. - President Board of Town Trustees Subject: Driveway - Lot #5 Corner of Tepee & Wampum Way Dear Mr. Kujawski Jr.' I am aware that a permit may be required to construct a drive- way on the subject property, however, I request a waiver of this requirement for the following reas. ous: 1. The major part of the driveway is beyond 75 feet of the water. Only about 15 feet of the driveway would be within the 75 feet requirement. 2. A road presently exists between the water and my property (Wampum Way). The area in question, the driveway portion closer than 75 feet, is the section of the driveway from my property line to Wampum Way. 3.
