After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the
applicant requests permission to locate a directional sign on the
property located at south side of Middle Road (CR27) and west side
of Depot Lane, Cutchogue, New-York. The Board finds that the sign
is a directional sign for the Beachcomber Motel, Inc. This sign
is in the interest of the travelling public. Such signs are granted
in line with the Board's policy.
THEREFORE, IT WAS RESOLVED Ketcham Signs, Main Street, Greenport,
New York a/c Beachcomber Motel, Inc., Duck Pond Road, Cutchogue, New
York be GRANTED permission to erect an off premises directional sign
on the property now or formerly of P. Matwieczyk, located south side
of Middle Road ~R27) and west side of Depot Lane, Cutchogue, New York,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The sign shall be no larger than four feet by six feet.
2. The sign shall be subject to ~e usual regulations
governing Signs in the TOwn of'~o~t~o~d. ' '
3. The sign Shall be directional for the BeadhcOmber
Mo~el Only.
