Matwieczyk. Location of property: south side of Middle Road (CR27) and west side of Depot Lane, Cutchogue, New Yorks bounded north by J.P. Krupski, east by Depot Lane, south by J. Zuhoski, west by J. Haurus. 2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict application of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce practical hardship because difficulties or unnecessary SEE REVERSE (b) The hardship created (is) (is not) unique and (would) (would not) be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same us~e district because SEE REVERSE (c) The variance (does) (does not) observe the spirit of the Ordinance and (would) change the character of the district because (would not) SEE REVERSE and therefore, it was further determined that the requested variance ( ) be granted ( ) be denied and that the previous decisions of the Building Inspector ( ) be confirmed ( ) be reversed. The Board finds that the sign is a directional sign for the Beachcomber Motel, Inc. This sign is in the interest of the travelling public. Such signs are granted in line with the Board's policy. THEREFORE, IT WAS RESOLVED Ketcham Signs, Main Street, Greenport, New York a/c Beachcomber Motel, Inc., Duck Pond Road, Cutchogue, New York be GRANTED permission to erect an off premises directional sign on the property now or formerly of P. Matwieczyk, located south side of Middle Road ~R27) and west side of Depot Lane, Cutchogue, New York, subject to the following conditions: 1. The sign shall be no larger than four feet by six feet. 2. The sign shall be subject to ~e usual regulations governing Signs in the TOwn of'~o~t~o~d. ' ' 3.
