OF APPEALS Southold Town Board of Appeals After /nvestigation and inspection the Board finds that the applicant requests permission to re-locate existing off-promises directional sign. The applicant had a permit for a sign located on the Old North Road which has become abandmned du~ to the new Cr 27. The applicant wishes to re-locate h~is sign on CR 27 on the property of Emil Pupe,c,k~located on south side of Cr 27, Peconic. Applicant has letter of permission from the property owner. T~EREFORE, 1T WAS RESOLVED James Kavanagh D/B/A Crescent Beach Motel~ Route 25, Greenport, New York, be GRA~'~'~ permission to relocate existing off-promises directional sign on prol~rty of Emil Pupecki as applied for.
