After /nvestigation and inspection the Board finds that the
applicant requests permission to re-locate existing off-promises
directional sign. The applicant had a permit for a sign located
on the Old North Road which has become abandmned du~ to the new
Cr 27. The applicant wishes to re-locate h~is sign on CR 27 on the
property of Emil Pupe,c,k~located on south side of Cr 27, Peconic.
Applicant has letter of permission from the property owner.
T~EREFORE, 1T WAS RESOLVED James Kavanagh D/B/A Crescent
Beach Motel~ Route 25, Greenport, New York, be GRA~'~'~ permission
to relocate existing off-promises directional sign on prol~rty of
Emil Pupecki as applied for. Location of property: south side of
North Road (CR27), Peconice New York, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The sign shall be no larger than four feet by six feet.
2. The sign shall be located at least three feet from ground level.
3. The sign. shall be locate~t least,ire feet from any property
