FORM ZB4
APPROVED
After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the appliemnt
requests permission to create a 6th apartment in a non-conforming
multiple residence building. The Board finds there is a need for this
type of housing on Fishers Island`, 'and in general the Board is in
agreement with the reasoning of the applicant.
The Board finds that strict application of the (~dinance will
produce practlcal difficulties or unnecessary hardship; the hardship
created is unique and would not be shared by all properties alike in
the immediate vicinity of this property and in the ssuae use district;
and the variance will observe the spirit of the Ordinance and will not
change the charac*er of the district.
Therefore~ it was RESOLED Fishers Island Utility Co.~ Inc.~
Fishers Island~ New York, be granted permission to create 6th apartment
in a nom-cen~orming mul~ipl~ .residence~build~ng a~ ~pplied for.
