to use the former "BenJamin JUDk yard" property for a new & used car lot
and for an illmn:tJlAted sign with extra height for th1s lot.
Also from the same applicant a request for a second ground sign
with extra heigth for the former Campbell agency lot on the South slde
of the main Road (RT2~).
Coples of these applications, sketches of the signs etc enclosed.
The Board of Appeals has approved these requests, and as the
subject properties are within ~OO ft of the Village line, are withholding
final approval pending receipt of the Village of Greenport comment on
same.
