As my daughter, Karen C. P. Eckert, is assuming financial
responsibilities for refurbishing it and doing badly
needed repairs to the house, I have decided to transfer
title of my property to her.

May I request, therefore, a change in Condition No.1 to
read" rental etc...... confined to only the present owner
and/or her daughter, Karen C. P. Eckert" ?
