By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict appliealion of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce practical hardship because SEE REVERSE difficulties or unnecessary (b) The hardship created (is) (is not) unique and (would) (would not) be shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district because SEE REVER~E (c) The varlance (does) (does not) observe the spirit of the Ordinance and (would) change the character of the district because SEE REVERSE (would not) and therefore, it was further determined that the requested variance ( ) be granted ( that the previous decisions of the Building Inspector ( ) be confirmed ( ) be reversed. The Board finds that there have been no changes in the camp during the past year, except for the improvements required by the Board of Health. The applicant has improved the buildings and made applic~tion ~o the Health Dept. for bis annual permit. There will be no changes in the camp other than those p~eviously approved by the Board of Appeals. The Board finds that this labor camp is a necessary adjun~t to the applicant's farm operation. THEREFORE, IT WAS RESOLVED Lloyd Terry, Main Road, Orient, New York, be GRANTED permission to renew a farm labor camp permit for a period of one year, as applied for on property located on south side of Main Road, Orient, New York, subject to the following condition: the current year~ Vote Df the Board: The camp may not be enlarged as to bui~dings during Grig0nis.
