2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that

After invest'igati6n and inspection the Board finds that the
applicant requests permission to renew a farm labor camp permit
granted April 24, 1969, for the coming year. The Board finds
that there have been no changes in the camp during the past year,
except for the improvements required by the Board of Health. The
applicant has improved the buildings and made applic~tion ~o the
Health Dept. for bis annual permit. There will be no changes in
the camp other than those p~eviously approved by the Board of
Appeals. The Board finds that this labor camp is a necessary
adjun~t to the applicant's farm operation.
THEREFORE, IT WAS RESOLVED Lloyd Terry, Main Road, Orient,
New York, be GRANTED permission to renew a farm labor camp permit
for a period of one year, as applied for on property located on
south side of Main Road, Orient, New York, subject to the
following condition:
