The public had access to view and listen to the meeting as it was happening via Zoom. However, this meeting was not a public hearing and no testimony was solicited or received. Present were: Leslie Kanes Weisman, Chairperson Elizabeth Sakarellos, Office Assistant Nicholas Planamento, Vice Chair Kim E. Fuentes, Board Assistant Eric Dantes, Member John Burke, Deputy Town Attorney Patricia Acampora, Member Damon Hagan, Asst. Town Attorney Rob Lehnert, Member 4:01 P.M. Chairperson Weisman opened the meeting in order to call for Executive Session. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman (Chairperson), Planamento, Acampora and Lehnert. This Resolution was duly adopted (4-0). X?C 7C EXECUTIVE SESSION: 4:01 P.M. Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Planamento to enter into Executive Session in order to receive Attorney Advice. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman (Chairperson), Lehnert, Planamento, and Acampora. (This Resolution was duly adopted (4-0). 5:34 P.M. Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Dantes to exit Executive Session. (This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). WORK SESSION: Began at 5:05 PM A. Requests from the Board Members for future agenda items. B. The Board discussed DeMinimus Approval and Extension Requests. C. The Board discussed in house training and the training program offered by the Suffolk County Planning relating to Battery Storage, scheduled for May 12, 2022. POSSIBLE RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE FOLLOWING HEARING ANDRES AND MARISSA GARCIA#7615—Request for a Variance from Article III,Section 280- 15; and the Building Inspector's January 11, 2022 of Disapproval based on an application for a permit to construct an accessory in-ground swimming pool, at; 1) located less than the code required minimum rear yard setback of 10 feet; located at 380 Garden Court, Southold, NY. SCTM No. 1000-63-7-17.7. RESOLUTION: A motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Lehnert to CLOSE THE HEARING. Vote of the Board: Ayes: All. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0). DELIBERATIONS/POSSIBLE DECISIONS/RESOLUTIONS: Agenda items and commenced deliberations on the following applications. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0) RESOLUTIONS: RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Acampora to authorize advertising of hearings for the Regular Meeting to be held on Thursday, May 5, 2022,which will commence at 9:00 AM for Executive Session, and 10:00 AM for Regular Meeting. Vote of the Board: Ayes: Members Weisman (Chairperson), Dantes, Planamento, Lehnertand Acampora This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0) RESOLUTION ADOPTED: Motion was offered by Chairperson Weisman, seconded by Member Dantes to approve Minutes from the Regular Meeting held April 7, 2022. Vote of the Board: Ayes. Members Weisman (Chairperson) Dantes Planamento Lehnertand Acampora. This Resolution was duly adopted (5-0) There being no other business properly coming before the Board at this time,the Chairperson declared the meeting adjourned.
