EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Proprietor, Paige Pfeifer, a 10 year veteran in the industry with a history of a
successfully operated Cheese and Wine Bar located in the thriving Village of
Patchogue, NY. Paige is a graduate from St. John's University with a degree in Legal
Studies/Paralegal. Mentoring with Murray's in NYC and other industry
professionals, Paige has built a reputation of quality products and friendly
knowledgeable standards.
The Cheese Patch has successfully orchestrated in house and off premise events
ranging from small intimate tastings to large scale small plate pairings.
VISION:
Surviving the last two years during the Global COVID-19 pandemic, buy creatively
providing unique offerings of food and beverages with a twist The Cheese Patch is
ready to expand both in location and in product offerings.
Offering unique pairing to the multitudes of local wines as well as bringing
additional wine and beer offerings to the local and visiting North Fork palettes.
Collaborating with local organic growers, vineyards, bakeries and chocolatiers to
create picnic style baskets and boxes that are a special treat for everyone visiting
and doing day trips to the North Fork.
