After investigatio~ and inspectio~ the: Board finds that the applicant

requests permission to erect a farm stand~ ~ff the pr'emlees of where the
farm stand is actually located. The Board finds that the applicant rents
this land where the farm stand is located and other farm lando There are
approximately fuur or five houses between the proposed sign and the farm
stand. It is th~ opinion of the Board that a farm stand sign should be
immediately adjacent to the farm stand.
The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance :would not
produce practical difficulties or unneoessary hardshipl the hardship
created is not unique and wuuld be shared by all properties alike in the
immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district I and~ ·
