After investigation and ~nspection the Board finds that
the applicant requests permission to erect a dlrectional sign. The
applicant is the owner ~f the prbpert~ where said sign is to be
erected. The applicant presently has erected a large billboard sign
which is not in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance . The applicant
will be directing to three separate businesses and will be allowed
a total ~f 72 square feet for directional purposes. The applicant
owns a marina, fishing station and restuarant. These types ~f businesses
are in the interest ~f the traveling public. The sign willhave a large
circle on top measuring 27 square feet~ and an arrow measuring 3 feet
by 15 feet. The sign will he double face. Said sign is in keeping
wlththe spirit and intent of the Zoning Ordinance.

c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval af this applic'ation, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the progress of the work.

shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.

The property on which it will be located i~ owned by Port of
Egypt (Leiblein Bros) and is part of the businees operation~ havim~, our
wells and other important items of our operation on it.
The sign is intended to have our standardized red circle and
information to direct prospective customers to the main busines buildings
on the South side of the highway.
These.~in buildings are hidden by our neighboring business building~
so that they cannot be seen~til the cars have passed o~ enterance.
The sign will be kept in good repair and be a credit to our business,
