After /nvestigation and inspection the Board finds that the
applicant requests permission to locate accessory buil-di~g in front
yard area. The Board finds that the applicant has a pie shaped lot
there by causing a topographical hardship. The _~_~rage add~ition
shall be shingled to match the existing house an~.garage shingles
This addition shall be completely fenced so !~t will ,nqt be .visible
from the road.
The Board finds that strict application of the Ordinance would
produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship; the hardship
created is unique and would not be shared by all properties alike
in the immediate vicinity of this property and in the same use district;
and the variance will not change the character of the district and
will observe the spirit of the Ordinance.

CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because as enclosed pictures ~s~oV the proposed addition
is almost impossible to differentiate from the fence to see from 01e Jule Lane.
