Location of property: land of Koke Bros. , south side of Traveler Street, Southold, New York, bounded north by Traveler Street, east by Youngs Avenue, south by Leioht-Terp, west by H. W. Prince. Fee paid $5.00. 2. VARIANCE. By resolution of the Board it was determined that (a) Strict application of the Ordinance (would) (would not) produce practical difficulties or unnecessary hardship because SSS REVNRSE (b). The findings of the Board are that applicant's sign measures 74.99 sq. ft. which would allow 6 sq. ft. for the GM Logo sign in order to meet the maximum square footage requirements of 81.25 sq. ft. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed. The signs shall be subject to all rules and regulations governing signs and to all subsequent changes in the Southold Town Building Zone Ordinance as it applies to signs.
