Fee paid 1.5.00. 2. VARIANCE. Location of property: north side of Main Road (Route 25) . Greenport, New York, The Board finds that the applicant proposes a 13 ft. 1 in. x 5 ft. 6 7/16 in. sign that would give 6 Peet of clearance; the total square footage would be 73 sq. ft. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially inured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed.
