Gentlemen:
We have been asked to get in touch with you to ask you to
correct your decision in this matter. The following are
the errors:
1. Mrs. Klett's name is Frances E. Klett.
2. In the first paragraph on the second page the
second, third and fourth sentences should read as
follows: The Board finds that resulting from this
division the lot on which the owner has his house
will have,150 feet on Bray Avenue and the depth
varies ~om..7Q feet to 105 feet. The remaining lot
will have^a<Iepth of 97 feet and will have a frontage
of 73 feet/an Wells R1ad. Each lot will have an area
of 11,000 square fee1.
We would appreciate the cOrrected decision as quickly as
possible.
