After investigation and inspection the Board finds that the
applicant requests permission to convert existlug one family
dwelling into two (2) family dwelling on property located at west
side of Ackerly Pond Road, ~outhold, New York. The Board finds
that It must deny this app~icatien for a special exception because
of the fact that applicantIs ~roperty is 14,200 sq. ft., and a
requlremeut of the ordinance ~s that 2~,000 sq. ft. is needed to
create a two family dwelling.
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and
Justice will not be served and the legally established or permitted
use of neighborhood Property and adjoining use districts will be
permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the 0rdinauce
will not be observed.
THERE FORE, IT WAS RESOLVED that Camille Mary ~rasch, Ackerly
Pond Road, $outhold, New York, be DENIED permtssion~to convert
existing one family dwelling into two (2) family dwelling on
property located at west side of Ackerly Pond Road, Southold,
New York, for the reason stated above.
Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Messrs: Gillispte, Bergen, Hulse,
Grigonis.
