SPECIAL EXCEPTION. By resolution of the Board it was determined that a special exception ( ) be granted ( ) be denied pursuant to Article .................... Section .................... (E.D.S.T.), upon application of Camille Mary Brasch, Ackerly Pond Road, Southold, New York, for a special exception in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, Section 300, Subsection 5 (a), for permission to convert existing one family dwelling into two (2) family dwelling. Location of property: west side of Ackerly Pond Road, gouthold, New York, bounded north by W. C. Bolenius, east by Ackerly Pond Road, south by Harold Reese, west by Harold Reese. Fee paid $5.00. 2. VARIANCE. The Board finds that It must deny this app~icatien for a special exception because of the fact that applicantIs ~roperty is 14,200 sq. ft., and a requlremeut of the ordinance ~s that 2~,000 sq. ft. is needed to create a two family dwelling. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and Justice will not be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood Property and adjoining use districts will be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the 0rdinauce will not be observed. THERE FORE, IT WAS RESOLVED that Camille Mary ~rasch, Ackerly Pond Road, $outhold, New York, be DENIED permtssion~to convert existing one family dwelling into two (2) family dwelling on property located at west side of Ackerly Pond Road, Southold, New York, for the reason stated above.
