Customers and guests may use neighboring property lr£oviding that the owner files prior written permission, clearly do£ining the property on which such use is permitted, with the Board of Appeals. In addition a condition has bean added to the original action which prohibits any equestrian activities such as a focc hunt. Failure of the Bittner operation to respond to these reasonable requirements will Jeopardize its future. Copies of this letter are being sent to the other 2 Southold T~n stables about whom we have received complaints about inhumane treatment to horses.
