After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests permission to use an accessory 'building
including cooking facilities as a full second dwelling on the
lot which is located on the south side of Main Road, East Harion,
New York. The Board finds that applicantis lot is undersized
and the guest house would also be undersized if converted to
include kitchen facilities.
-- The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and
,justicc will riot be served and the legally established or per-
mitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts
will be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of
the Ordinance will riot be o'bserved.
THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED Constantine Zdrvos, I-lain Road,
East Harion, New York, be DENIED permission to use an accessory
building including cooking facilities as a full second dwelling
on the lot located on the south side of the Main Road, East
Marion, New York.
