Fee paid $15.00. 2. VARIANCE. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed. THEREFORE IT WAS RESOLVED Ruth K. Wingate, Feconic Bay Boulevard, Mattituck, New York, be GRANTED permission to hold a yard sale on August 5, 1972, rain date August 12, 1'972, or. premises located on the east side of Peconic Bay Boulevard, Mattituck, New York, subject to Resolution of the Southold Town Board of Appeals dated June 15, 1972, as follows: 1.
