After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests permission to conduct a yard sale on premises
east side of Oaklawn Avenue, Southold, New York. The Board agrees
with the reasoning of the applicant.
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and
justice will be served and the legally established or permitted
use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not
be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the
Ordinance will be observed.
THMEF'ORE IT WAS RESOLVED Agatha Wilkinson, Oaklawn Avenue,
Southold, New York, be GRANTED permission to conduct a yard sale on
promises east side of Oaklawn Avenue, Southold, New York, subject
to the following conditions:
1. Permission is for a one day yard sale to be held on July 15,
1972; rain date July 160 1972.
2. Permission is for the sale of household and personal
property of owner or tenant and may not include property
of neighbors unless it 3s for a, charitable purpose.
