THE CHAIRMAN: There is a letter accompany-ing the applica-
tion which reads as tollows: "To WHom It Hay Concern: I do
hereby grant Mr. Robart Mennella and Leon Schora permission to
. erect a sign 4 ft. x 4 ft. on southwest corner of prop,erty line
next to the gaI.'age building. (Signed-Malcolm Hackett) I.
After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests permission to erect an off premises directional
sign on property of Malcolm Rackatt~ Greonport~ New York. The
Board finds that Malcolm Rackett has given permission to the
applicant to erect a sign 4 feet by 4 feet~on the southwest corner
of the property line noxt to the garage building.
Tho Board finds that the public oonvenienoe and welfare and
justice will be nerved and the legally established or permitted
use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will
not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of
the Ordinance will be observed.
On motion by Mr. Gillispie, seconded by Mr. Bergen, it was

Stirling Harbor Marina, Greenport~ New York, be GRANTED permisSion
to erect an off premises direction sign on property of Malcolm
Rackett~ Greenport~ New York, subject to the following conditions:
That the sign shall be no larger than 4, ft. x 6 ft.
That the sign shall be located no closer than 5 teet to any-
property line.
That this sign shall be governed by all the rules pertaining
to signs in the Town of Southold.
