After investigation and inspection the Board finds that
applicant requests permission to erect on premises ore'r-sized
subdivision identification sign on property located southwest
corner of Windjammer Drive and Anchor Lane, lot no. 6 of
Harbor Lights Estates, SEction Y, Southold, New York. The
Board finds that applicant has the required amount of road
frontage for this type of sign but the sign must be cut down
to a maximum size of P34 sq. ft. and be set back at least 35 feet
from Windjammer Drive and Anchor Lane.
The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and
Justice will be served and the legally established or permitted
use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not
be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the
Ordinance will be observed.
