The Board finds that applicant has the required amount of road frontage for this type of sign but the sign must be cut down to a maximum size of P34 sq. ft. and be set back at least 35 feet from Windjammer Drive and Anchor Lane. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and Justice will be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will not be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will be observed.
