Gentlemen:
This is to let you know that I was in touch with the contractors
from HP Broom Housewright, Inc. and made periodic site visits
during the construction in 1995 of the renovations in the west
kitchen/bedroom wing of the Bailey house.
To the best of my recollection, I saw the framing, strapping,
rough plumbing, insulation, and fire caulking during the
construction process. The work was done . as specified, and to
the best of my knowledge, in accord with applicable New York
State codes.

Egress Windows:
The two double hung windows, Labeled "A" , in our drawings are
large -enough to be egress windows. The bottom sash when open
will have a clear area of 28 1/2" H x 47 3/8" W. This size
exceeds the minimum clearance of 24" H x 20" W with a net
minimum area of 5.7 sf .
Insulation:
New insulation is to be installed in all open areas to meet code
as required.

The following action was taken by the Southold.Town Board of Trustees at their Regular
Meeting held on Wed., May 18, 2011:
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Board of Trustees APPROVES the Amendment to
Administrative Wetland,Permit#7370A to omit the 4% 85' brick wall, the 4% 20'woad
fence, and the stone edge around tree; reduce gravel path from 420 sf. to 153 sf;
reduce wood planter from 96 sf. to 72 sf.; Increase stone steppers from 128 sf. to 144
sf, include 12" height reduction of 16 If. of existing wall east of quest house; increase
chip and seal motorcourt from 1,690 sf. to 1,730 sf; Increased amount of cut from 0-
12cy; and increase amount of fill from 25 cy.to 114 cy. for a net fill of 102 cy., and as
depicted on the site plan prepared by Morgan D. Wheelock received on April 22, 2011
and stamped approved on May 18, 2011.

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 275 and/or Chapter 111 of the Town Code of the Town of
Southold and in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of Trustees adopted at the meeting held on AV-"
21.20.13.and in consideration of application fee in the sum of$500.00 paid by Glenn E.Just and subject to the
Terms and Conditions as stated in the Resolution,the Southold Town Board of Trusteesauthorizes and permits
the following:
Wetland Permit to re-stabilize shoreline by removing existing rocks located landward of existing
concrete blocks and stockpiling them for reuse;upright those concrete blocks which have rolled over and
align them;landward of the concrete blocks install a 2"-4"thick layer of crushed stone,install geotextile
filter fabric and replace rocks and adding additional rocks as needed to provide a tightly grouped mass;
In the area seaward of the concrete blocks excavate a 10'area to 5' in depth,Install geotextile falter
fabric,install a 4"thick crushed stone filter layer and Install an armored layer riprap revetment utilizing
a minimum of 3'diameter rocks;in the areas where there are no concrete blocks remove and stockpile
existing rocks,excavate a 12'area to 5'in depth,install geotextile filter fabric,Install a 2"-4"crushed
stone filter layer;install armor layer riprap revetment utilizing a minimum of 3'diameter rocks with a
2:1 slope and install topsoil at the top of the slope as needed;in the western portion of the property
Install one row of 2-5 ton rocks at the toe of the existing slope and toe-in rocks to existing grade;and as
depicted on the site plan prepared by CME Associates Engineering,Land Surveying&Architecture,
PLLC,last dated May 23,2013,and stamped approved on August 21,2013.
