RESOLUTIONS Special Note: At the start of the Town Board Meeting the Supervisor will invite the public to speak on the following resolutions. 243. Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for summer positions for 2003 summer season beach attendants. 244. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to execute an Agreement between the Suffolk County Office for the Aging and the III-C Nutrition Program. 245. Appoint Karen McLaughlin to the position of Assistant Community Development Project Supervisor. 246. Authorize modification to the General Fund Whole Town 2003 budget to appropriate funds for motor vehicle supplies, Programs for the Aging. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to execute an Agreement with the County of Suffolk for the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Program. 248. Rescind resolution #239 adopted at the regular Town Board meeting held April 8, 2003 approving the purchase of the McFeeley property. 249. Determine that the purchase of the property owned by NOFO Associates, a/k/a McFeeley, is classified as an Unlisted Action pursuant to SEQRA and will have no significant negative impact on the environment. 250. Approve the purchase of the NOFO Associates, a/k/a McFeely, SCTM #1000-125-1-14. 251 Authorize modification to the General Fund 2003 Whole Town budget for beach improvements at Dock Beach, Fishers Island. 252. Authorize submission of a 2003 proposal to the U.S. Department of Agriculture Commodity Credit Corporation Farmland Protection Program. 253. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to execute an amendment to the Agricultural and Farmland Protection Implementation Grant Contract C800021, extending the contract period. 254. Authorize Supervisor Horton to execute the deed and other necessary documents to complete the exchange of land owned by the Town of Southold with a strip of property owned by Richard Corazzini running from the Cutchogue Landfill to Cox's Lane. 255. Grant permission for the "Mighty North Fork Triathlon" to use Town roads on July 13, 2003 for an "Adult Triathlon". 258. Declare as surplus the property located at 52985 Main Road, Southold, designated as SCTM # 1000-61-1-5, known as the "Whitaker House". 259. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to execute a licensing agreement for the use of the Town's 2001 Ortho-Rectified Aerial Photographs with the following Consultants: William Grosskopf, Dr. Mark Byrnes and Nicholas Kraus. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to sign an agreement with Earth Care Company of New York for removal and disposal of scavenger waste from the scavenger waste facility. 261 Authorize the Town Clerk to file the Final Scope of the Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement, Southold Comprehensive Implementation Strategy, with listed parties. 262. Authorize a partial refund to A. & S. Villani as they have withdrawn their application from the Zoning Board of Appeals. 263. Authorize a partial refund to Robert Scripps as he has withdrawn his application from the Zoning Board of Appeals. 264. Engage the professional services of Cornell Cooperative Extension to perform tasks related to the Town's land preservation efforts and authorize Supervisor Horton to sign the agreement. 265. Authorize a full refund to Eleanor Diachun as the Notice of Disapproval from the Building Department is now null and void. 266. Authorize and direct Supervisor Horton to accept the donation ofMichelle W. Chatfield, as Power of Attorney for Michael Green, of a 1986 Volvo Station Wagon at the Police Department. 267. Declare as surplus the structure located at 52985 Main Road, Southold, designated as SCTM #1000-61-1-5, known as the "Carriage House". 268. Authorize modification to the Planning Board 2003 budget for printing of the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program books. 269. Set 5:00 p.m., May 6, 2003, Southold Town Hall, as the time and place for a public hearing on the waiver application from the provisions of"A Local Law in Relation to a One Hundred Eighty Day Extension of the Temporary Moratorium on the Processing, Review of, and making Decisions on the Applications for Major Subdivisions, Minor Subdivisions, and Special Use Permits and Site Plans Containing Dwelling Unit(s) in the Town of Southold" for the minor subdivision of Dian Alec Smith, SCTM #1000-109-01-07. 270. Approve the name change and declare that the name of the Fishers Island Garbage and Refuse District shall be changed to the Fishers Island Waste Management District. 271 Authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for a part-time town attorney 1 lA - 2 days per week for work in the Justice Court.
